Felony and Misdemeanor

Often times potential clients ask me, is it a Felony? Is it a Misdemeanor? Basically, a Felony is a more serious offense, an offense that, if it is on your record, it’s going to have some consequence. Misdemeanor is a kind of connotation is that, it’s less serious, it’s not going to impact you as severely and typically it doesn’t involve any incarceration.
